- Respond to customer queries regarding Pusher's real-time WebSocket messaging and phone notification products.
- Advising customers on implementing Pusher's SDKs in their software applications in a wide variety of programming languges (Javascript, Swift, PHP, Python) on several application frameworks (Node Express, iOS SwiftUI, Laravel, Flask).
